When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Talent Surplus Inc. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your recruitment activity.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

5. How We Share Your Information

• Client Employers: We share relevant information (such as your skills, availability, and work authorization) with our client employers for the purpose of facilitating job placements, but only with your knowledge and as part of our staffing services.
• Service Providers: We use third-party service providers (such as our applicant tracking system, Ceipal ATS, and our form submission provider, Web3Forms) that assist us in operating our business. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable law.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Talent Surplus Inc., our clients, or the public.
